If something sketchy happens (not on paper), you can easily file a claim online, anytime through your online account. No matter the policy, you just need your policy info, contact info, and a description of the incident to get started.
From there, we’ll reach out within 1–2 business days to confirm your claim. We’ll then send everything over to a claims adjuster who will help you process and finalize your claim. If it’s approved, we’ll settle your claim!
