When creating beautiful artistic pieces, the last thing you want is for another person to be injured by it. Having artist insurance is vital in protecting yourself from claims—but knowing how to use your insurance and what information is needed is just as important.
While we hope you never have to file a claim, we understand accidents happen. In the case an incident occurs and you are being held responsible, here’s how to file a claim with your ACT Insurance policy.
Submit A Claim Online
With ACT, you have the ability to file your claim entirely online in a matter of minutes.
- Log in to your online user account
- Locate the “Manage Policies” section
- Click on “File A Claim” and fill out your information
- Submit your claim
Once you submit your claim, it typically takes 24–48 hours to process. You will then be contacted by Great American, our partner in insuring ACT claims, with the name and contact information for your claims adjuster. Great American will also provide you with your claim number. Your claim adjuster will then work on your claim and contact you if they need any additional information.
We understand the claims process can be stressful, and it is our goal to settle your claim as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about filing a claim, please contact us today and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
