What Does An ACT Show Policy Do?

Meet Event Requirements

The policy covers your general commercial liability as an artist or crafter and is designed to meet insurance requirements of most venues where arts and craft shows are held. We have given artists and crafters a variety of options to best meet their individual needs for show days and budget.

Policy term options start at 1-3 days, or seven days. We have also created a 90-day policy (with the option to renew) to cover those attending multiple shows during a 90-day period. Coverage is for consecutive days only.

Please note that Products and Completed Operations is specifically excluded in the Show Policy. Limits of Liability

General Liability Aggregate Limit

The maximum amount your policy may pay within a year for all claims relating to bodily injury and property damage caused by your business operations.

General Liability Each Occurrence Limit

The maximum amount your policy may pay for each claim relating to bodily injury and property damage caused by your business operations.

Damage to Premises Rented

The maximum amount your policy may pay for all claims relating to damage to premises rented to you (including contents inside a premise) within 7 days of the start of the policy. After 7 days, this policy only covers damages caused by fires.

Medical Expense Limit

The maximum amount your policy may pay for medical bills and costs accrued by an injured person(s) whose injuries were caused by your business operations.
